NYC Subway Pole Dancers Anger MTA

NYC subway riders on the N and L trains may have seen quite a sight recently while riding around the city. Four New York City women took on a dare from a website awarding $10,000 for the best group pole dancing exihibition recorded in public. The four took on the dare, won, and their video is now burning up the internet.

Jessica Wu, Marissa Lupp, Isis and Masoud are featured in this video, grinding and twirling around the poles as male riders grinned and female riders gave funny looks. However the MTA was not amused by these women's antics.

"The last thing we want is for anyone to turn our subways into roving burlesque stages for crude exhibitionists," said NYC Transit spokesman Paul Fleuranges. "While the rules don't specifically state lap or pole dancing ... what is depicted here is disorderly conduct."
