Daily Links

Late night helping of tea and links. Watch out for ogres.

  • Download 8 Hours of old school arcade cocaphony. Source (Kotaku)
  • Top 10 Fictional Sports including, but not limited to, Quidditch. Source (Retro Crush)
  • Historians conclude that the reason the confederacy lost the US Civil War was because of it's own deep divisions and not those hippy-loving yankees. Source (AJC)
  • 6 Most Depressing Happy Endings to a movie. Source (Cracked)
  • Barenaked Ladies frontman miraculously survives a plane crash. Source (Toronto Sun)
I don't normally gorge my audience with more than one video per Daily Links, however today is an exception because I really couldn't choose between the two. The first one is a tribute to Ted's band, The Worthless Peons from the hit NBC show Scrubs. It's a well-cut video of clips of many of their acapella songs which are hysterical.

The second is a remix from a series on A&E called Intervention. While Mind Your Own Damn Business does not condone drug abuse, nor doing anything as remotely stupid as huffing this dusting stuff, the video is hysterical. Call be a horrible person, but having a clip of a woman being completely blasted out of her mind to the tune "I'm Walking On Sunshine" as she's repeating it just makes me giggle.

Enjoy!
