Many big names came out to NYC on Saturday for the A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson's event, hosted by Michael J Fox. It looks like they had live music, people giving little speeches, and a whole lot of fun.
Michael J Fox, of course, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease many years ago, which left him regrettably unable to pursue his acting career. He now tours and talks about living with Parkinson's and holds events like this one to raise awareness and raise money to help research a cure.
Celebrities in attendance include Joan Osborne, Rachael Ray, Ronald Perelman, Maria Menounos, Gavin DeGraw, John Mayer, Lance Armstrong, Masi Oka, Richard Kind, and Tracy Pollan.
