Daily Links

Things have been slow because of the holidays. I should be posting again in full force starting tonight/tomorrow. Here are a bunch of awesome links, enjoy, and hope you all had a happy turkey day. Thanks to Joe from JoeBlog for help with the new design to the site. What do you all think of the change?

  • Interview: Director Dwayne Carey-Hill and Producer Claudia Katz on Futurama: Bender's Big Score. Source (Rotten Tomatoes)
  • At least 20,000 U.S. troops who were not classified as wounded during combat in Iraq and Afghanistan have been found with signs of brain injuries, according to military and veterans records compiled by USA TODAY. Source (Crooks and Liars)
  • Bryan Berg, cardstacker extraordinaire, tries to take down his world-record setting card tower with a leafblower. But it's made up of so many damn cards he barely puts a dent in it before the blower flames out. So he resorts to the most destructive tools around: his hands, crushing himself in a sweet avalanche of cards after a couple minutes of pawing that reminds us of New Year's in Times Square in more ways than one. • The first new album from the Eagles in over a decade, "Long Road Out of Eden," has already sold more than a million copies, hitting Billboard's #1 in its first week. It's the kind of blockbuster that used to pay Christmas bonuses at the big record companies, only this album wasn't produced by a big record company. The Eagles released it themselves and are selling it exclusively through Wal-Mart. Source (Opinion Journal)

I'm told this is old, I don't watch Saturday Night Live anymore. But my friends told me about it recently and I found it hysterical. People Getting Punched Just Before Eating
